Vitaphone offers a fully paperless clinical trial monitoring service. Vital signs that can be monitored include ECG, blood pressure, body weight, blood glucose, (sleep) oximetry, spirometry, etc. Next to these, we are able to monitor medication intake compliance with our own medicine compliance monitor PICO©.
Vitaphone provides expert, objective, accurate and timely review of pre-specified, study-related variables. This analysis can be utilized to identify study endpoints, and/or safety endpoints.
Vitaphone helps to reduce the workload for the industry, the clinical trial investigators, and the patients. Thus, Vitaphone offers all the benefits of electronic data collection.
Our Centralized Clinical Trial Services
We offer tailored clinical trial services depending on your study requirements. The data from our devices are transferred to our Telemedical Service Center by modern ways of communication: landlines (e.g. via our Tele-Care-Monitor), Bluetooth and mobile phone, or secure internet connection. Data are stored in digital format, and can be directly transferred to any e-mail adress or fax number, or be retreived by VPN connection.
The Vitaphone Tele-Care-Monitor can be used as an interactive and personalized tool to collect subjective patient information from questionnaires. Example of questionnaires could be a sequence of questions which the patient can reply to by simply pressing ”Yes” or ”No”. These questionnaires can be triggered by either data received, pushing a button, or a timer trigger.
